At the heart of my work is a passion for offering a holistic approach to health and healing through mindful movement and mental health.

Holistic Therapy

Holistic therapy considers the person as a whole, rather than focusing solely on mental health. My commitment is to help you integrate mind, emotions, and body so you find well-rounded and balanced health.

On a neurobiological level, we explore how our brains transform in relationships. In short, our nervous system holds the “footprint” that reveals our stories to us through our patterns. When we link this to our emotions, bodies, and relationships, we can see how our whole existence evolves with our life experiences.

In other words, we discover that our world shapes us and we shape our world. As such, we can learn to identify our patterns, understand why we live as we do, and journey toward healing. Another key point is discovering where the source of lack of security within may be. Through healing, we relearn and develop new ways of living.

This is ultimately what allows us to live and love to the fullest.

  • â–· Sessions are usually 90 min, but can be 60 min – During our initial meeting, we will discuss your needs in depth and decide which approaches are right for you.

  • â–· Holistic Therapy sessions have an integrative approach and can combine various techniques, including counselling, yoga, mindfulness, breath work, and more.
